These Subscriber Terms (“Terms”) govern your subscription to the BuildThySelf app (“App”), provided by Beyondroid (OPC) Private Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to the BuildThySelf App, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not subscribe to or use the App.

1. Overview of Subscription

When you subscribe to BuildThySelf, you gain access to a variety of premium features and tools designed to empower your personal growth, self-discovery, and goal achievement journey. This includes tools like personalized affirmations, visualizations, subliminals, a vision board, and much more.

1.1 Features of the Subscription

The subscription offers the following benefits:

• Creation and Management of Goals/Desires: Set and track your goals effectively.
• Premium Features Access: Customize meditation music and videos to suit your preferences.
• Cloud Storage: Save and access your vision boards securely in the cloud.
• Mindfulness and Exploration Tools: Unlock exclusive resources to cultivate focused living and embrace self-discovery.

2. Free Trial

2.1 Eligibility for Free Trial

• New User Access: If you are a new user, you may be eligible for a free trial that allows you to create and manage up to 2 free desires and access basic app features. Premium features, such as cloud storage and customization options, are not included in the free trial.

2.2 Use of Free Desires

• Free Desires Creation: Free desires can only be created if you do not have an active subscription plan. Once you subscribe to a paid plan, the option to create additional free desires may no longer be available. 
• Access to Existing Free Desires: Any free desires you created before subscribing to a paid plan will remain accessible and editable, even if your subscription expires or is canceled. These free desires are permanently tied to your account and will be available as long as your account remains active.

3. Subscription Plans

The BuildThySelf App offers the following subscription plans:

• Manifestor Plan 

• Create upto 10 desires per month.
• Cloud Backup of Vision Board
• Unlock Premium Features : Change Meditation Music and Video
• Roll-over benefits: Any unused desires from the current month are carried over to the next month if you remain subscribed to the Manifestor Plan.

• Creator Plan :

• Create Unlimited desires with no limits.
• Cloud Backup of Vision Board
• Unlock Premium Features : Change Meditation Music and Video
• No carry-over: The Creator Plan does not carry over unused desires since you have unlimited access.

4. Billing and Payment

• Payment Process: Subscription fees are charged to your Google Play account when you confirm your purchase.
• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Google Play will send you a reminder prior to the renewal date to ensure you are aware of the upcoming charge. You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription directly through Google Play settings. We recommend you check your subscription settings to stay informed about any renewal or changes.
• Pricing: All fees are displayed in your local currency (unless otherwise specified) and may include applicable taxes. The final price, including taxes, is shown during checkout.
• Manage Subscriptions: You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription via your Google Play account settings.

5. Upgrades and Downgrades

5.1 Upgrades

• If you upgrade your plan (e.g., from Manifestor to Creator), the new plan takes effect immediately.

• For the remainder of your current subscription period, you will be charged a prorated amount for the upgraded plan. The final prorated price, including any applicable taxes, will be displayed at checkout during the upgrade process.

• For subsequent subscription periods, the full price of the upgraded plan will apply.

5.2 Downgrades

• If you downgrade your plan (e.g., from Creator to Manifestor), the benefits of the new plan will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
• You will continue to receive the benefits of your current plan (e.g., Creator) until the end of the current billing cycle.
• The cancellation of the higher-tier plan (Creator) will be processed automatically by Google Play and will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• You will not be charged for the downgraded plan (e.g., Manifestor) until the next billing cycle, though Google may charge the full amount for the downgraded plan at that time.
• Any unused features, desires, or benefits from the higher-tier plan (e.g., Creator) will not carry over to the downgraded plan (e.g., Manifestor). Access will be limited to the downgraded plan’s features starting from the next billing cycle.

** You are advised to review your billing details to ensure that the previous plan is successfully canceled and that the new plan (whether upgraded or downgraded) is correctly applied.

6. Grace Period and Desires Carryover

6.1 Grace Period for Manifestor Plan

If your Manifestor Plan subscription enters a grace period due to a failed payment, you will retain access to your available desires for generation and all other associated benefits during the grace period. You can continue creating and managing your desires as part of your subscription.

• Payment Resolution: If the payment issue is resolved within the grace period, you will regain full access to your subscription, and any unutilized desires will carry over to the next billing cycle. All benefits of the Manifestor Plan, including the ability to generate new desires, will remain active.
• Non-payment: If the payment issue is not resolved by the end of the grace period, your Manifestor Plan will be suspended, and you will no longer be able to generate new desires. Any unutilized desires that were part of the current billing cycle will expire.

6.2 No Grace Period for Creator Plan

The Creator Plan does not offer a grace period. If your payment for the Creator Plan fails, you will immediately lose access to the ability to generate new desires and all other plan benefits.

• No Carryover: Since the Creator Plan does not support carryover, any unutilized desires from the current billing cycle will be permanently lost if the subscription is not renewed. You will not be able to generate any new desires until your subscription is renewed.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1 Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to all plan benefits until the end of the current billing period.

7.2 No Refunds

• Subscription fees are non-refundable, and partial or prorated refunds are not provided for unused portions of the subscription unless required by applicable law. If you believe that you are entitled to a refund under local law or for other reasons, you can submit a request through the Google Play Store by following the refund process outlined by Google. 8. Access to Generated Desires

• All desires created using the BuildThySelf app, whether during a free trial or an active subscription, will remain accessible in your account as long as it is active.
• This includes free desires and those generated through premium plans.
• Please note that premium features associated with desires, such as cloud backups or advanced customization, will only be available while your subscription is active.

9. Subscription Pricing Changes

• We reserve the right to modify the subscription pricing. Any changes to the pricing will be communicated to you in advance. If there is a price change, the new pricing will only apply starting from the next billing cycle. You will be notified in advance of the new pricing through Google Play, and you can review and accept these changes before your next renewal. The final price, including taxes, will be shown to you at checkout.

10. Termination and Suspension

BuildThySelf may terminate or suspend your subscription without notice if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• Fraudulent activity is suspected on your account.
• Payment is unsuccessful after reasonable attempts.

Upon termination, you lose access to all subscription features unless explicitly allowed by law or our policies.

11. AI-Generated Content

• The BuildThySelf app offers AI-generated affirmations, visualizations, and motivational texts designed to inspire and support focused living and self-discovery. However, these tools are not intended to replace professional advice in medical, psychological, legal, or financial matters.

• You can report or delete content that you find inappropriate or unsatisfactory.

12. Privacy and Data Collection

Your subscription and use of the App are subject to our Privacy Policy. By subscribing, you agree to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
